How does PersoForms prevent survey tampering?
Every form link contains a unique UUID that's generated fresh for each distribution. Unlike other platforms that use the same URL for all respondents, PersoForms ensures each link can only be used once (for one-time tokens) or a controlled number of times. Embedded parameters are stored server-side and never exposed in the URL, so respondents can't modify pre-filled data or guess other users' submission links.
What accessibility standards do your forms meet?
PersoForms targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. This includes skip navigation links,
proper ARIA labels and roles, full keyboard navigation, screen reader optimization,
sufficient color contrast (4.5:1 minimum), and support for prefers-reduced-motion.
All form elements include required field indicators, descriptive error messages, and
proper label associations.
How does the AI form agent work?
The AI agent connects to your organization's LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or a custom endpoint). It can create forms from natural language descriptions, suggest improvements to existing forms, summarize submission data, and automate repetitive management tasks. Your API key, your data — we don't store or use your conversations for training.
Can I self-host PersoForms?
Yes. PersoForms is a standard Rails application that can be deployed on your own infrastructure. Enterprise customers can run PersoForms behind their firewall with full control over data residency. Contact our sales team for self-hosted licensing.
What happens to my data?
Your data belongs to you. Form submissions are stored encrypted at rest and are only accessible to authorized users within your organization. We don't sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. Enterprise customers can choose data residency and retention policies.
How does pricing work for teams?
Pro plans are priced per user per month. You pay for the number of users in your organization. There are no limits on forms, submissions, or storage. Annual billing saves 17% compared to monthly. Enterprise plans offer volume discounts for larger teams.
